We wanted to make it extra easy for you to know where you can see your time off vs set your time off. When you go to set your Time off allowances in HR & Team Management, you'll now see a button in the top right corner that takes you straight to your Time off report!

We have updated the receptinist permission level so that they cannot see/edit the allowances table but they can create new categories

You can now export the time off used report to excel

• Set what period you track your time off over - calendar year, tax year or a custom year
• Create your own categories or use our handy pre-made ones
• Set default allowances to apply to all staff members
• Set custom allowances for staff members
• Better manage your calendar by adding time off with different categories
• View a report of time off used by staff member
