Hi there @samanthajmclachlan - thanks so much for your feedback, this is a great idea and certainly one we might look to tackle in future! In the meantime, here are some suggestions as to how you might achieve the same thing in a different way:
1Use the auto review prompt to send an sms to clients after their appointment asking them to either just reply to the sms with their feedback (you could put in certain questions, ask for ratings etc.) or create a feedback form via "google form" or "jotform" and send the link to that in your auto review prompt. If you need help with any of that, please arrange a call with your business coach and they'd be more than happy to talk you through it!

Rather than use up valuable sms messages could this not be added onto the payment reciept message? (no one likes getting too many messages) also salons would need to be able to word the feedback /review invitation request themselves to Taylor it yo their business
